Overview

Silt, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2015 edition, including Appendices B, G, H, I, and J. Silt, CO Muni. Code § 15.04.010 (adopted).
• The International Residential Code, 2015 edition, including Appendices B, D, G, H, and M. Silt, CO Muni. Code § 15.04.020 (adopted).
• The International Existing Building Code, 2015 edition. Silt, CO Muni. Code § 15.04.060 (adopted).
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 edition. Silt, CO Muni. Code § 15.04.050 (adopted).

Residential Building Code
